Hello! Great article. Maintaining weight is hard but can be done with determination, goals, and focus. You are right about how one must change eating habits and consume less calories. Doing this will drop the 1-2 per week or maintain a healhty weight. It’s working for me but I have to be aware of what I’m eating and of course…EXERCISE :) Obesity is killing people. Don’t let it take your life! Eat right, drink a lot of water, and hit the gym!! Take care!
